CCA Description

Loyang View Rock Climbing (LVRC) fosters a supportive and inclusive environment where every climber is encouraged to reach their fullest potential. With dedication and perseverance, our climbers learn to overcome challenges and achieve personal milestones. Every member is valued for their unique strengths, and together, we form a close-knit community that uplifts and inspires one another.

At LVRC, climbers grow not only in their technical abilities but also in confidence, teamwork, and resilience. Over the years, our members have honed their climbing techniques and deepened their passion for the sport through consistent training and guidance. They also have the opportunity to attain the Singapore National Climbing Standards (SNCS) Level 1 Certification and train at external climbing gyms such as BFF @ Our Tampines Hub and Project Send.

Beyond technical skills, LVRC places strong emphasis on teamwork and camaraderie. During our year-end CCA camp, climbers bonded through exciting team-building activities such as tackling high-element challenges at Forest Adventure and testing their agility at HomeTeamNS Action Motion in Bedok Reservoir.

Our climbers have also represented the school in various competitive and recreational climbing events, including the Youth Bouldering Series, Inter-School Bouldering League (ISBL), Inter-Schools Bouldering Championship (ISBC), BFF Verticrux (Speed), Springfield Let’s Rock, Lighthouse Spark, and Lighthouse Ignite. Through these experiences, they continue to display determination, sportsmanship, and a passion for growth — embodying the true spirit of LVRC.
