Application Process (How to apply) 

Loyang View Secondary School invites all current Primary 6 students to apply for admission to our school in the academic year of 2026. 

Centralised DSA-Sec Application  

• Application can be submitted through the online DSA-Sec Portal and is free-of-charge 

• Application will be open from 6 May 2026 to 2 June 2026.  

• Please refer to MOE website (https://www.moe.gov.sg/secondary/dsa) for more details. 

• Our school will shortlist applicants and conduct in-person interviews and trial with shortlisted applicants from 29 Jun 2026 to 28 August 2026. 

Outcome of Application 

• All applicants will be informed of outcomes through a letter by 28 August 2026. 

• Meeting all the criteria does not guarantee the student will be shortlisted/given an offer 

• Parents and students are encouraged to choose schools wisely based on the students’ aptitudes and strengths, bearing in mind the schools’ academic and non-academic requirements, and the programmes available to develop the area of talent. 

• Students who are successfully admitted to the school via DSA are expected to honour their commitment to the school and participate in the activities related to the talent they are selected for from year 1-4.
